What we check

Does your project data fit together?

Engineering data comes from several tools and many people. We import it into Squid Data Hub and report what does not match. You keep your existing engineering systems.

Broken references

Cables that point to devices, cable types or locations that do not exist in your data.

Duplicates

Identifiers that are used more than once.

Missing and invalid values

Required data that is empty, and values with the wrong format or outside the allowed range.

Inconsistent structure

Entries that contradict each other, and system or location hierarchies that loop back on themselves.

From your export to a handover.

You send your exports
Devices, cables and locations as Excel files, as they come out of your tools today. We agree the scope with you first.
We import and check
Your data is imported into a Squid Data Hub project set up for this engagement, in Microsoft Azure, and checked for the issues above.
You get the findings
The issue list, and a walkthrough with your engineers so every finding is clear.
Handover
The project stays available to you as a working Squid Data Hub project. Continued access requires an active license.
